NORDISK FILM KLUBB events are planned for Tuesday, April 21 and Thursday, May 14. Both events will feature documentary films showcasing Norway's Liberation following World War II. As always, the Scandinavian Language Institute will be participating as a unit in the big Seventeen of May parade through Ballard on Sunday, May 17th. The 36th annual celebration of JULEFEST was held Sunday evening, December 7th. We began with a potluck dessert hour in the lower social hall of Ballard First Lutheran Church. We continued with a musical program in the sanctuary and finished by dancing around the tree in Haavik Hall. We had great attendance at this annual event. Thank you to all who participated and attended!
